1) We use the present simple tense to talk about things we do frequently. Example sentences: I eat breakfast every day. They go to church every Sunday. 2) We add the letter s at the end of the verb for positive statements (things we do) in the present simple tense that use he, she or it. Example sentences: Ana shops at Primark (she shops). Ali fasts during Ramadan. (he fasts). 3) We use the present simple tense to talk about things we never do. Example sentences: I don't drink alcohol. I don't dance. I don't eat meat. |
